How to write and change the documentation, task by task. From structuring a page to moving one.
Each guide covers one task. For a small fix, you don't need any of them: your first docs fix is enough.
- Structure a page: organize a page around what the reader wants to know or do.
- Preview the site locally: run home-assistant.io on your own machine, to see bigger changes before you share them.
- Document an integration: what the documentation of a new integration needs, and how to get it merged with your code.
- Move, rename, or remove a page: change pages without breaking the links to them.
